Changes in Orthoraphy

From now on, my orthography for tones is as follows:

High Even: vowel without diacritic, e.g. at "I"
Rising/Falling: double vowel, e.g. suul "sled"
Falling: down-tone marker, e.g. sèl "reindeer"
Glottalized: apostrophe, e.g. a't "bone, relative"
